If you’re looking for a cost-effective way to celebrate this Christmas season while also creating lasting family memories, then visit Granite Creek Community Church’s 12 ^th Annual Living Nativity, held for two consecutive weekends in December.

The seven-scene drama recreates pivotal moments surrounding the birth of Jesus Christ, from the angel Gabriel’s pronouncement to Mary of Jesus’ birth, to Caesar Augustus’ devious census declaration, to the ecstatic singing of the heavenly hosts at Jesus’ birth. Elaborate set decorations, a life-sized manger, live animals, and horse-mounted patrolling Roman soldiers and a Persian princess promises to transport you back to first century Jerusalem.
